I have finally got round to upload this video at long last This is my Super Smash Bros Brawl: Subspace Emissary Speedrun done on 26th January 2009. If you want a voice recording of this do please feel free to request one anyway here are the details Difficulty:Normal Speedrun: Single Segment Completion time:2:15 Stages 1: Stadium Characters introduced: Mario, Kirby, Peach and Zelda Part 1 – Vs Kirby I haven’t been able to achieve the Kirby strat due to the difficulty selected but the tactic i used went perfectly and i could not do it much better than shown Part 2: 30 Subspace enemies: Primids (Normal, Boom and Beam) and Spaak This battle went very well indeed early hammer followed by home run bat which is very effective againist primids and the cape also helped Part 3 – Petey Piranha Mario is out of the stadium and the princesses captured so Kirby has to save them The battle went very well under 10 seconds normally Petey does jump losing 2 seconds which is vital at the early stages, i chose to save Zelda due to transformation to sheik who is quicker Stage 2 – Sky World – Characters introduced: Pit Part 1 – Clouds Just a simple drop through the area to the door on the right, i managed to get the glide right here and hit the box at once in order to get to the door which was pretty good, near perfect Part 2 – Skyworld Battle 7 normal primids which can be difficult to get right, had a mega mushroom which helped distance covered but shrunk at the wrong moment, battle with Greap …

I know a lot of people have been asking how to get the three post-Subspace characters, since there are so many similar areas to go through and the doors don’t look any different from any other door in the game, so here we go. Also, you’ll have to beat the final boss of the Subspace Emissary before the doors even appear, just so you know. The first of them that I got was Toon Link, the big-headed kid who stars in Wind Waker, Four Swords Adventures, Minish Cap, and Phantom Hourglass. He’s pretty tough. He’s a big step up from Young Link: He runs faster, attacks faster, and has way better knockback than Young Link. You get him in a stage called “The Forest,” on the bottom-left corner of the map. It’s the place where the story introduces Link and Yoshi, and Toon Link isn’t far from the beginning. Remember, however, that you have to beat the Subspace Emissary before he appears–the door won’t even appear until you do.

To unlock Jigglypuff you must’ve first completed Subspace Emissary and then load it and go to “The Swamp”. When going to “The Swamp” choose any characters and any difficulty, won’t make a difference in unlocking Jigglypuff. Then keep going in the stage and skip the first door you see (the first door has 2 maxim tomato’s that’ll heal 50% damage each, per tomato, so if you’re damaged you should get it but if you’re not that bad then just skip it). The next door you see you have no choice but to enter and you’ll fight Dark Diddy Kong, he’s not too hard nor too easy, and after beating him then you will go back to stage in different area and keep going until next door which you enter but this time, it’s what you’ve all been waiting for…THE ONE…THE ONLY…JIGGLYPUFF!!! Defeat Jigglypuff then you can unlock him! Congratulations!!! The other ways to unlock Jigglypuff are to either play 350 Brawls or Beat 20 Event Matches after clearing Subspace Emissary but my personal easiest way to do it would be how I did it in the video, but that’s just my opinion, you could choose one of the other 2 ways of unlocking Jigglypuff instead. No matter how you try to unlock Jigglypuff after succeeding in what you did to try to unlock her, you must defeat her in a 1 on 1 battle! I made the video myself. If you want to you can comment and/or rate. If you have any questions I’d be more then happy to answer them.
