Cause i have a wii but i only have super smash brawl, mario kart wii, naruto clash of ninja revolution 1 and 2, guilty gear accent core, and a bunch of virtual console games and they all let you use gamecube controller. i dont really like using the wiimote/nunchuck at all so what are some upcoming games that you dont have to use a wimote if you dont want?

Just got the Wii Retro Wireless Controller from datel (us.codejunkies.com mainly for use with my Ipad. I wanted a true wireless experience with a control pad, not the wiimote+classic controller combo. I tried this controller with snes4iphone and Isnes but it was a no go on both. However on psx4all it worked flawlessly.

Just bought a wii and a pair of wii remotes and gamecube controllers. While I can use the Wiimote to navigate the home screen and menus, I cannot do this with the GC controller. I’m worried that they may be broken, but I don’t have any games to test them out on. Perhaps I haven’t connected them properly (I tried all the ports)? Are they even supposed to be able to control the home menu?

My bro got a Wii fro christmas, I am getting him some games and stuuf for a b-day present. He wants Mario Galaxy 2. Should I get him a different controller too? The Wii Classic controller, Wii gamecube controller or just use the regular Wiimote?
