Is it possible, if so how long would it take if I used it an hour a day? Also, what games should I purchase to lose weight? Thanks in advance and also, does anyone have any personal experience of actually losing over 20 lbs with the Wii Fit Plus?

I got a Wii for Christmas because I wanted to start working out with it. I don’t know much about it. Haven’t taken it out of the box yet. I was looking online to order a Wii Fit but then I see the Wii Fit Plus too. What’s the difference and do you have any recommendations. Also going to start taking lipo 6 if you know anything about that. Any feedback would be appreciated.
