@metalx1000 sorry to bump a year old comment, but ubuntu is good for me because no matter how much i change, i can’t seem to break it. unfortunately, that is something i, as a student, need. i wish i could check out mint or mandrake/mandriva, but i need an os i can trust. (so that rules out windows 7 or vista)
OMGosh this isn’t working… yet. I can connect my wiimote BUT when I setup my own commands none of them work.

not one button will do any command even stock commands. Turned off acc (which might have been a mistake) because I don’t want that running default. I just wanted to setup buttons to run VLC. Shift, Space, F, N, P, Ctrl, Up , Down are important. Using Ubuntu.
Ubuntu is nice for bringers. And I enjoy playing with it some times (I currently have it installed on my Desktop). But, Debian is way more stable, especially when it comes to Audio.
Cool, you have Debian. But Ubuntu in my opinion, is the best Debian-Based Linux OS.
